Mother’s First Steps

A Support & Education Circle for Expecting to Newish Moms

Mothering is not easy! This 6-week series offers a safe, welcoming space where you can connect with other women who are navigating the beautiful, yet sometimes challenging, journey of motherhood.

What to Expect:

  • Weekly Gatherings: Each week, we will come together to share experiences, offer support, and build lasting friendships. These sessions are designed to provide both emotional support and educational information.

  • Empowering Discussions: We will cover a variety of topics that matter most to new and expecting moms, including self-care, balancing family and personal time, managing the changes that come with motherhood, and finding joy in your new role.

  • Community Building: This group is not just about support; it’s about building a community. You will have the opportunity to make meaningful connections with other moms who understand what you are going through. Together, you can share laughs, offer advice, and create a network of friends who will be there for you beyond these six weeks.

  • Feel-Good Activities: Each session will include activities designed to boost your confidence and well-being. From guided relaxation exercises to creative expression, these activities aim to help you feel good about yourself and your journey as a mother.

  • Expert Guidance: Led by a compassionate and experienced facilitator, you will receive guidance and insights to help you navigate the joys and challenges of early motherhood.
